Alvin is (likely) a Steve that was killed by Dr. Trayaurus in a Mod showcase video called CANNIBALISM MOD!.

None Alvin's appearance is known but his head and one of his ear, his head looks just like a Steve head and his ear looks like a regular ear.

Alvin appears in a fridge when DanTDM goes to find food for him and Grim, later after the intro DanTDM opens the fridge and his ear comes out.
