The 'Wake em upper' is a baseball bat that can be found in a Tool Rack of an unnamed hospital. It went unused in its only appearance in the 2015 video Minecraft | THE HOSPITAL MISSION | Custom Mod Adventure.
In THE HOSPITAL MISSION
When DanTDM is searching for the Scalpel to use on his first patient Greg, he goes into a Tool Rock where he finds four items, including the 'Wake em upper'.
