Plot
The episode starts with a meme of Dan saying that villagers used to be so dumb. The villagers in the hole go to bed, reminding Dan that it is night time. He reveals his plans for the Villager Vending Machine. He begins his journey to the mesa biome on Buddy to get lots of Orange Terracotta. He grabs orange and white terracotta and Buddy jumps into a pool of water and leaves him there as he will be safer there.
He heads back to the village to start building and plants out the first floor (first 3 compartments) that are 2x3 with a bed in the floor and a job site block inside each compartment so that each compartment had a different villager job with a wall on each side of the compartment. He noticed some villagers still breeding and saw anger clouds. He raises the vending machine by one block as it needs legs, and completes the first compartment (cartographer). He makes the compartments 2x3x with glass panes at the front and the next floor will go 3 blocks above. Using this logic, he built 3 floors with an extra on top. He fixes the maths error and makes the top hollow but goes to get more terracotta.
He is left stranded in a river so he sleeps there. He sees a fletcher zombie villager who he kills. At the mesa, Buddy whinnies because he is happy with the progress Dan has made. He puts Buddy down a hole, making Buddy angry. He digs another hole to get black terracotta. He sleeps and glitches into a cave, and gets confused.
Luckily, he navigates out and Buddy jumps over two ravines and Dan calls him a champ because of his legs. He arrives back and realizes that he only put 10 compartments and proceeds to take all of the beds of the villagers for the vending machine with another trip to the mesas on Buddy. He finishes the main build and extends it to the right for a spiral staircase and the button system. He starts to move people in but first gets some rails and minecarts.
He puts the first villager in the machine and makes a replay of the other 12 making their way up. He finishes the transportation of the villagers. He steals a smoker, grindstone, composter, brewing stand, and a loom to change the villagers into a butcher, a weaponsmith, a farmer, a cleric and a shepherd. He ends the episode by saying that he will do the 'terrafroming' off camera. He researches the different jobs and the outro plays.
