Plot
In this video, DanTDM created a job board where he tasked himself to do jobs around his village (including locating Rott). He then showed off his new cape. Dan then went to get rid of the houses to make room for the market place in his village. So, he extended his land a bit. After making a lot of space, Dan gathered his first villager, an Armorer and made a little stall for him. He then brought a pig for him. Suddenly, during the build of the market place, Dan tried to remove a block but accidently ended up hitting the iron golem which the golem slayed him and out of all the items, his diamond pickaxe fell in the lava. Dan was upset because that was his best pick axe. But after that incident, Dan named the damaged Iron Golem "Traitor". Dan then continued making the shops for Cleric, Weaponsmith, Fletcher, Leatherworker, Butcher, and eventually the fisherman. His plan was to also give the villagers their own animals.
After that, Dan's market stalls was looking good and his plans for the next time is maybe build a lab, a library and a watch tower.
