Minecraft Hardcore Deaths
Despite the fact that Daniel Middleton has yet to die in his Minecraft Hardcore series, many of his characters, pets and enemies has died.
Major Deaths
Prisoner
For Daniel Middleton to get the "How Did We Get Here?" advancement, he needed to do a raid for Hero of the Village, he does this in his base, but because Prisoner automatically joined the raid (according to the official rules), he needed to be killed to finish the raid.
Skinny
During the same raid that killed Prisoner, Daniel Middleton was attacked by vexes from an evoker, he was knocked down from his castle by one and attempted to shoot it, however, he missed and hit Skinny instead, killing Skinny.
Minor Deaths
Number 1
In the last episode of Minecraft Hardcore Daniel Middleton attempted to get an advancement involving shooting 5 different mobs with one crossbow using Piercing. He chooses a cow from his cow farm which he nicknames Number 1 because he was the first animal acquired, he then later shoots Number 1 for the advancement.
