"Evil Cat" is a Siamese cat that heavily appears in the Minecraft Hardcore series). Evil Cat is the third cat that Dan finds, and is introduced in episode 11. In episode 12, "Evil Cat" is at the head of the bed and appears to be talking to the other cats. Middleton says that they are plotting against him, and continues on the video. In episode 15, DanTDM gives Skinny the job of keeping an eye on "Evil Cat", in which Dan gives the reason of "I think he's plotting to kill me". Later on in the series, Evil Cat is one of the last cats surviving, becoming a member of the "survivors." Evil Cat also chooses a Dimension for DanTDM to visit in the April Fools update.

- It is not the cat’s actual name. It is actually a nickname that was given to the cat by Dan’s fans. However, Dan does give Evil Cat his name later on in the series.
- It prefers to lie on the bed rather than anywhere else on the map.
- His collar is dyed red.
- Dan blames the loss of 5 cats on Evil Cat in "A DISASTER Happened in Minecraft Hardcore..."
- Evil Cat does seem to have a best friend, who sits next to him at all times.
