The 'Just In Case' is a chainsaw find in the theatre of an unnamed hospital that appears in the Custom Mod Adventure episode called "THE HOSPITAL MISSION".
THE HOSPITAL MISSION
As DanTDM is searching for the Scalpel, he checks the tool rack where he finds three other items, the 'Wake em upper', Gravity Gun, and the 'Just In Case'.
