Protecc

Protecc was an iron golem in Dan's Minecraft Hardcore lets play. He, along with Attacc (and later Smacc after Attacc's death), helped keep the villager vending machine safe and was the longest of the three Iron Golems to survive.

He was killed by hostile mobs (likely skeletons) in the 11th episode of the series ("We Lost Three Friends In Minecraft Hardcore..!")

Adventure Arc

Protecc spawned on the roof of the Villager Vending Machine at the beginning of episode 6. Dan originally though that Protecc teleported to the roof but suspected that the golem that he built with his 'loving hands' (Attacc) was just hiding. After looking around for him, he returned to the Villager Vending Machine base (if you look closely you can see Attacc's feet on the other side of the Villager Vending Machine.) and towers up to Protecc to name tag him. After he gets down he sees Attacc on the ground and scolds him for hiding. He realizes he name tagged the wrong golem and decides to name the other golem Attacc.

He realizes from the comments of the video that iron golems don't take fall damage so he towers onto the roof and teaches Protecc a lesson by shoving him off the roof of the Villager Vending Machine. He lands on the other golem. After some intense moments between the two golems, they eventually apologized to each other and defended the Villager Vending Machine while Dan tested his OP armour at night.

While Dan was trying to obtain Totems from a Woodland Mansion, Protecc stayed behind and guarded the Villager Vending Machine.

Protecc was seen in the background of Dan's video on Episode 10.

On Episode 11, while Dan was doing something on the riverbed he saw Attacc die and picked up his poppy. Protecc tried to attack a skeleton but was too mentally scarred to do anything, so had to be saved by Dan. After Dan got him a new friend (Smacc) he walked away in disapproval, because he could never get his friend back. While Dan was at his AFK fish farm, he came back to realize his golems were dead.

A grave was then made in memory of the deceased golems, featuring Protecc's remains, an iron ingot.
