She is the mother of Skinny Jr. and Skinny Jr. II, the supposed Queen of the Empire. She sits near the throne of her daughter (Skinny Jr. II), while her husband sits near the campfire bridge with his son, who looks exactly like him (Skinny Jr. sits on a chest up in Dan's house).
