Trayaurus had a presumably similar history to his [[Custom Mod Adventure|Custom Mod Adventures]] [[Dr Trayaurus/Minecraft Adventures|counterpart]] up until [[DanTDM]] came back to the lab in which him and Dan performed an experiment to merge the Custom Mod Adventures and [[The Diamond Dimensions]] series together. However, due to the process taking a while, Trayaurus and Dan took the time to blow up Trayaurus' office and replace it with a house and swimming pool. When they came back they found [[Toby]] (Dan's son from the Diamond Dimensions series) there as he scolded Dan for leaving the Diamond Dimensions which caused chaos in that universe. Later on Dan would come to the kitchen to inform Trayaurus of Craig's new house only to find Trayaurus laying on the floor when Dan asked why Trayaurus was on the floor, Trayaurus explained he'd eaten too much food. Dan annoyed reprimanded Trayaurus and reminded Trayaurus of his complaints about the fridge when they had begun building the house but Trayaurus loved food too much to change it now. Later, Dan would go to the testing chamber where he'd find Trayaurus in front of a portal structure when Dan asked what was going on Trayaurus hypothesized that Toby had accidentally created an [[Unstable Portal]] referring to it as a rookie mistake. Dan then showed Trayaurus a note he received from a [[Unstable Skeleton|strange creature]] in which they traced it back to a Diamond Dimensions episode in which Dan received a note from someone called [[The Watcher]] who informed Dan he was watching him.<ref name="The Watcher">[[THE WATCHER IS BACK?!?!]]</ref>

Suddenly an [[Unstable Entity]] attempted to attack [[Craig's House]] and the lab causing Dan to have to fight the entity when Dan came back he was wielding notes that held a warning from the Watcher. The Watcher told Dan and Trayaurus to try to stop building a new world as he had the old one (Diamond Dimensions) in his palm and that if they did not stop on their own he would stop them and destroy their new world. Dan asked Trayaurus if he was scared of the Watcher to which Trayaurus replied no, Dan decided he wasn't scared either and despite the Watcher's threats they were going to continue building this new world.<ref name="The Watcher" />

Dan would eventually not want to continue Misadventures in Minecraft and so would switch over to doing some sort of new animation style, in this style he redrew Trayaurus but Trayaurus was nervous about showing his face and so covered it with a bag.
